Dovyalis fruits from the State University of Western Parana, which was established in 2012, were harvested in March 2016. The waste obtained from olive oil extraction process are by products generated in different ways and composition, according to the used extraction equipment, the olive variety and the fruit maturity. In the olives pressing traditional process, using continuous three-phase process, the waste produced comprise the liquid portion (vegetation water) + solid portion (solid waste). The olive solid portion to suffer new extraction produces the oil residue, while the aqueous residue is usually discarded without control, causing various environmental problems. The grapevine propagation is usually made using grafting directly in the field, on rootstocks planted the previous year in situ, or rooted in the nursery. In this process the change takes about two years to be formed. Given the above, the aim of the present work in advance to obtain  grapevine plants in grafting times and root induction through basal heating. The treatments were composed by Physalis seedlings formed in different environment with shading and four species. The conduction system adopted was “V”. The cloning of F1 Coffea arabica hybrids may represent a significant decrease in time and resources spent on coffee plant improvement programs. With the objective to obtain a methodology that allows an efficient cloning of C. arabica L. plants through stem cutting, two experiments were carried out in a green house with automatic mist system. In the  experiment Rubi cultivars cuttings were used. The efficiency of root bed heating, exogenous sucrose supply (30 g.L-1), and six concentrations of IBA on the rooting of cuttings and formation of seedlings was tested. Como opção de novas cultivares, diante do exposto, objetivou-se com o presente trabalho avaliar a formação de mudas de quatro cultivares de videiras rústicas sobre duas cultivares de porta-enxertos, através de enxertia de mesa. O experimento foi realizado em propriedade particular no município de Toledo, Paraná. Realizou-se o tratamento das estacas do porta-enxerto em solução enraizadora, permanecendo emergidas em água por seis dias. Posteriormente foram colocadas em sacolas plásticas, tendo como substrato solo proveniente da camada arável. Em seguida, realizou-se a enxertia de mesa. The study aimed to evaluate the influence of overcoming dormancy of seeds of biribá through chemical and mechanical method in the emergence and initial growth of seedlings. In this work it was intended to the processing of black olives fermented naturally, using differents treatments and subsequent evaluation of acidity. For this were used in experiment 4 kg of ripe fruits harvested in production plants, the five cvs. held in the collection EPAMIG.
